I created Lingo Vino to be a home for people looking to develop exciting life skills. Wine, like language, brings people together, opens new doors and creates lasting experiences. Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of wine or learn a new language, I’m here to guide your journey.

And my qualifications? Well, I’ve graduated University with a degree in Modern European Languages. I then moved abroad for 12 years in France & Spain working as a CELTA qualified senior teacher.

I’ve taught all age groups from children all the way through to corporate businesses. And have developed many techniques for helping each age group soak up new languages efficiently.

It was whilst living abroad where I discovered my other life passion, wine. I passed my WSET Level 2 & 3 exam, and it was through this period where I discovered how well languages and wine synergise together.
